Non-Statistical Indicator

The U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency has several risk reduction policies including Coastal Construction Manuals and Flood Minitagion Program Guidelines. The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services has a California State Hazard Mitigation Plan.
